Hoping Moses can make the origin side - think it would greatly improve his game
We have no emerging or future blues ATM but Trey Mooney is the only jumior that we recently lost that I think will come back to bite us

Agree John's will greatly help
The experience and advice he would get being in the SOO side would also be a big help with game management and how to play big games
Throw him in the big game deep end and see if he swims
The Eels lost 11 games last season. In 8 of those matches the Eels lost the key stats of time in possession, completion percentage and possession percentage.
Let's take that Storm semi for example. The Eels had a completion percentage of 50%. They made 14 errors.
Now correct me if I'm wrong but did Moses win Halfback of the Year or not? Did he provide the most try assists across the season?
He beat the Raiders in Darwin almost by himself. Scored a solo try with a brilliant line breaking effort. Kicked astutely and I think he got man of the match. Raiders were runners up in 2019. Hope that qualifies.
Nothing qualifies with Fong unless it's total dribble!
Fuck off back to the chook pen. Easiest drays hey. How many years have the nrl given the roosters S leg up with salary cap and ref calls? 2013 you won a gf off forward passes and slowing down the ruck. Crook had a leg up his whole career. You are a dumb wanker now Fuck off
My teeth are clean. Maybe we could meet up so I can break your fingers so won't have to read your crap anymore. I'd say most people on this site will be happier without your rubbish what us reckon?
Not to let facts get in the way of a good yarn Frankie, but Mitch had 25 Try Assists, but he also had 12 Line Break Assists. To say he doesn't have ball playing skills is clearly nonsense.
Furthermore, this season he became a more measured halfback, less intent on throwing the money ball every play, (the one that gets registered on the stat sheet), and more intent on throwing the early ball to the likes of Fergo & Waqa Blake, the kind of pass that doesn't get any statistical credit.
Finally, the fact the he gets so many Try Assists from kicks says two things, firstly he's a bloody good attacking kicker, and secondly the defensive line comes up quickly to cut off his ballplaying options, which in turn implies that the opposition respects his ball skills.
None of the facts support your claim Frankie.
Its not all about setting up tries. That is actually my criticism and does not seem to be just Moses but also BA. There does not seem to be a strategy of wearing down the opposition and setting up the play - both to maximise our chance of success in executing the play and getting a try and to minimise the oppositions chance of scoring. Sometimes it is better to remain in a dominant position for several sets and then score than to try and score on the first set.
The Eels rarely dominate possession or field position because we are too inexperienced. But when we do we smash teams.
At least 34 players were thrown into the deep end of SOO back in 1980 and the SOO series took off with plenty more players being thrown in to the deep end in 1981, 1982, 1983 ans RL never looked back.
