  • Great news and it's official

  • Good he doesn't deserve a rest he can train like rodger federal fo a few weeks

  • It wasn't a classic injury mechanism. I was optimistic. This is great news.

    • A client of mine is a fairly large woman and partially ruptured her ACL falling down a set of stairs. She looked at all the options and went with stem cell therapy to treat the tear instead of a reco as the reco would have been difficult for her. The results were amazing. It was a North-South tear not an East-West tear but quite a long tear. She had several injections of her own stem cells and it literally repaired itself very quickly. They did a scan after every treatment and as I said, the results were amazing in fairly short time.

      • I reckon you should message the club with this info PT.

        • The surgeons will know.

          • There are a few specialised clinincs that do this but not the surgeons. Surgeons cut but this is via ultrasound guided injection. They either gather your stem cells from your blood or usually your "love handle" area. The blood/fat is then quickly processed down into stem cells and injected. I had a very close look at this for myself but alas, while it can repair ligament tears etc nothing can repair bone on bone except for complete knee replacement and even that now uses robots to assist, using laser precision cuts to minimise invasiveness.

            • Fair enough Tragic, i didn't realise it would not be a common knowledge thing.

  • Yep deserves a nice break. He played every single minute of the season except the last 25min of the tigers game.

Lot of people talking about him negatively this year but he played most of the season at halfback which is not his position. The team had many injuries and lot of players played way below their standards. Then the outside backs and backrowers outside of him are not nrl standard or do not suit his game style. The number of tries that were bombed by our outside backs that Dylan set up was countless. Plus he played majority of the season on the right side when he is a better left sided player.

Despite this fox league reports he has 21 TA which is the 7th most in the NRL. Add his remarkable defence and many try savers, he had a great year despite the obstacles he faced.

Hopefully he continues to improve individually and a large part of that is the system and players outside of him improving. Real chance that next year it will be Sivo, Penisini, Dylan, Tualagi on the left which is really promising.

    • Yes again EA, he should get the Ken Thornett award but there are a lot of Wiz's around!
