Geez Niukore has been rock solid in that centre position. Id hate to see the leaky defence we saw last year return when Waqa was there. mmmmmmmmm
Yes those fringes have tightened up a lot.
Risky bringing Waqa back, particularly with no game time. When he signed with us he was renowned as a very good defensive centre. Not sure what happened. Hopefully he gets back to his best.
His speed is something we can do with.
I'm probably looking forward to seeing the roosters line up as much as ours.

Given pretty much all of our injured players have come back through NSW Cup, I'd anticipate Waqa will spend 1 game there
I hope so. We really need to be sure with him because it's not as though he was perfect prior to injury. If he goes back to reggies and leaks points then he can stay there until he fixes that up. It's a glaring problem he has and Niukore has shown him up especially defensively. If he goes back to reggies I suspect he'll be there a couple of weeks at least. His defence simply is not good enough for this 2021 squad.
