There is also rumours on Social media suggestioning Parramatta have to choose Mitchell Moses or Dylan Brown?. I for the love of god cannot understand this and where has all our money gone? Losing all the players last year surely meant we have enough to offer brown and Moses what they are happy with. Have we got something to be worried about or is the media just blowing smoke l?

Name the big money players we lost to free up all this free cap space? We lost one of the best edge forwards in the game that we picked up for peanuts from the warriors and another 2 quality players we developed from rejects to players in Mahoney and Niukore that now demand big money. None of them were currently on monster contracts. Where's all this money we have?
The more important question is, if these guys were on such small contracts, where are we over spending that we don't have enough coin to retain our star players.
Have we invested to much in our forwards?
Have we invested to much in our outside backs?

We made offers to these players that were higher than the contracts they were on, that means we had more money available. We can use that money to increase the current contracts for moses and Dylan for 2023.
I think you nailed it mate. I don't think the Eels have as much salary cap dollars as some are thinking. Some are based on future Salary cap rises.
