There's seems to be a lot of people on here who think Dylan Brown is average and doesn't deserve the headlines. In my opinion he holds his own as a first grader and is just going to get better, but I agree that at times it's hard to see why he gets so much hype.
Sometimes though it is difficult to see the contribution that some players make.
I'll say this about Dylan n the eels.
Last year eels won 16 from 26, with Dylan in the team they won 11 from 14, without him the only managed 5 from 12.
Is it a coincidence or does he bring something to the team that's going unnoticed by us experts.

I wouldn't swap him for anyone. I think he is doing pretty well n will only improve especially under John's. I don't think he is an elite just yet but I think he will be in time.
I think he is an Elite level talent, his defence alone makes him a first grader. I'm more worried about the coach and his staff to get his game to the next level. Hopefully Johns is the one who can get him there.
He's still just 19 and still eligible for Flegg, I wouldn't swap him for any other young half in the NRL. Cleary included.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion. As for me I can't see why Dylan Brown deserves all the hype. He hasn't done anything that is a class above. Hopefully, he will turn into a great player but at this stage he's just average in my opinion.
You need glasses because you are very short sighted.
Maybe you need short vision glasses as you seem very long sighted.
Thanks Fong! I actually think your not a bad bloke (seriously) and your more knowledgeable than people give you credit for ( I used to be one) but I'm actually seeing things differently. Thanks for your advice too about my recent Legal Question regarding probation. It's still a work in progress.
He is 19 for fuck sake and is still growing in the NRL. Get out there and do better u dipshit
I would if I was I was 19 but alas I'm way, way much older and wiser. However, Crow see what happens with this 'Hyper' player that everyone is 'Crowing' about ( no pun intended) in 2020 and see what he does on the field where actions speak louder than Hype.
Last weekend I seen things from him that showed that if his back holds up, he will be a star. Dare I say when he runs the ball it's effortlessly and poetry in motion, in fact reminds me a bit of Brett Kenny.
All the experts on this site have to realise he is only 19! A lot of expectations on him and players throw a lot if traffic his way. He is def a talent and a tough little bugger. The bloke got a massive shoulder to the ribs yesterday. Hurt him badly. He shook it off and did the first hit up from the scrum. He don't shy away from the hard stuff and a massive talent. People still forgetting that was a trial not a proper nrl game
