  • Yea yea blah blah blah

  • If brown leaves and Talagi and/or Sanders become top players I am gonna be so angry.

    • How could you control that but Nites, no one is blessed with the insight of what has happened and then we don't even know now...... personally I think Sanders will make it and we did give him a good go to retain him. Equally we did the same for Talagi but I will be more surprised than disappointed if he becomes a top player.

    • Feel the same Nitram, BA unfortunately wasn't a great believer in depth - Sanders pathway was blocked and we all know the reason why, this kid went to represent NSW under 19 and had huge wraps on him while in our system. The trial v Penrith confirm he develop into really good FG player albeit early day - positive news is we more half depth in Volkman and Hawkins

      • Trial against Penrith against mostly NSW Cup line-up.

        • Canberra have recruited very well for the future, they went and bought 6 or 7 of the junior NSW State of origin boys from last year, which Sanders was capt.

Not sure what Ricky sold them, but thats a lot of next level rep players to jump ship during the off season. The Eels couldnt even get close to keeping Sanders. He looks the goods as well.

          • Couldn't get close as there was no way of him getting a starting spot here. Only way to keep him is offer him insane money for a back-up.
