Rogers is in charge of negotiations and scouting. MON is the overseer. So they are both equally at fault. Anderson gets praise for his role in Saints signings yet our Head of recruitment barely gets a mention? How does that work?

That's because the head of football at the dragons had the foresight and sacked the previous scout and fucked him off, then hired Anderson. How long has Rodgers been here? 6 years wtf Mon has failed long ago to acknowledge recruitment wasn't working. Then it was up to Sarantinos to boot both mon and Rodgers, but that again failed as nothing happened.
Now its on the board who has zero football experience to sort it out. Nobody has faith in them either
