Don't blame Burty

EEK far out, how hard it is to be a Parra supporter!! Let's not blame Burty - it didn't come down to that kick - Parra got themselves into that mess by being so damn inconsistent .

  • well,if burt kicked it we would of gone to extra time and we probably would've won. But i think it was just too much pressure
  • yeah and if he didnt convert the difficult 1st try from sideline and if benji could actually kick we would have never been in that position. little bit annoyed with caylo pushing the pass on the zero tackle with a few mins to go 20 out;
  • it sums up our season really,
  • Lol too much pressure are you kidding yourself? 20m out directly infront and playing for the season, if he was feeling the pressure why didn't he put his had up and say I can't take this kick!
  • so whats the reason why we loss this arvo?
    the ref?
    luke burt?
    Krisnan inu?
    inconsistantsy?
  • Yepp we cant blame burty, poor bugger he would kick that 99 times out of 100. Bad luck Burty
  • I know I know....coulda, shoulda, woulda.......didn't that's Parra 2010!!
  • And if he defended like a man he would of stopped a try but dw about that. That final kick Is what counts and it's what shows a premiership winning player or a choker
  • Cayless should have the experience to know to go down with the ball on 0 tackle with the tigers waiting to be killed. Fuk I'm devastated forget the saints because we are the biggest chokers and it's always the same players who don't perform in big games. Just got to say DA hopefully should get the ass tonight and bring in Kearney just maybe he can bring that winning culture with him from Melb.
  • couldnt agree more dapowerisu.. ^^ well said

"The chances of him being our 6 next year are very low, if he was a serious consideration he would be playing 6 now with dylan at centre. I'll be very surprised if he is our starting 6 next season unless he gets a lot more time there this season. "

"I think Joash is a good player, but from what I've seen only at fullback or on the wing. Those positions we've got pretty well covered, so I guess he's a great back up option. I'd like to see him in 1st grade, but I dont know how he fits in?"
