He's the guy if they manage to land him the rebuilds on.
Hes one of the very few guys in the nrl who you'd look at say yep I'd build my foward pack around him.He's a leader puts in every week.That will kick start there rebuild big time.

It's is one of the laundy pubs . He would get a share /invest in his pubs (ie not gifted would put his "own money " ) and laundy expects him to get 10-12% return guaranteed. Apparently storm did similar with their owners betting agency as per article 🎵. Dogs apparently have submitted this to nrl for consideration 🕹️.
All this tells me that the cap is a joke and they need to get rid of it and let the spend begin . But unfair that select clubs get to do extra shit to sign players whilst remainder of the clubs are restricted what they are allowed to pay
