            • Weight & speed maybe, but not length. I could see opposition halves dropping cross field kicks on his head all day. Could you imagine him trying to defuse cross field kicks against the likes Tupou, Vunivalu, Maumolo etc ?

              It would be a massacre.

            • GL has the potential to rule the super league

  • Not a bad team as is, however someone like Frizel or Difita on the right edge would be great. Hoping we did not let Ma'u go without a replacement lined up.

Still have at least three or four players to buy for the top 30

    • I reckon that’s exactly what’s happened.

BA will use Nuikore as his replacement- i guess they are similar and Nuikore is improving.

  • I would like to see us sign both Frizell and Matterson, especially Matterson as he can cover 5/8 and Centre plus he is young and improving every year, not sure if we can sign both but it would be great depth.

Any chance we can offload G. Jennings?

    • Sounds good but both would want a starting spot

      • That's true Wile but as Jack Gibson said you fit your best players into your starting 13,

        F. Row. Frizell - Mahoney - RCG

        2nd Row. Lane - Matterson

        Lock. Brown

Bench. Paulo - Evans - Niukore - Kaufusi

Paulo for impact off the bench, Matterson covers multiple positions and two of our most promising players gaining some excellent mentoring from some of the best. Evans can be a bit hot and cold so with so many players vying for his spot he might get some consistency or make way for Utoikamanu.

        • Nope. Frizzel is an edge player and just had his arse handed to him by an unknown Fijian, running in the middle. Frizzel, Matterson, Dafita but we wont get and dont need all of them. Just one. For me Fafita. Absolutley a future stand out and ran for a 50m try. And upon completion picked the poor bloke up that he had carried over the line.

          • I don't think Fifita is going anywhere, the Broncos will find a way to keep him. If I had to pick just one it would be Matterson, just because of his versatility, age and the fact he is still improving.

Graham would be a fantastic pickup but has been a bit injury prone lately.

          • Lol and before picking up his pants
