I just can't see BA chasing another halfback, unless of course he's been told to.
Where did Clunes name come from.
He's a decent backup.
it has to be Clune if that rumour is true, even if BA stubbornly uses his son we still need another back up to cover another injury to the halves.
True but to purchase another half for backup for 3/4 games would be a waste. Unless BA has come to realise JA isn't ready. I'd prefer a big body to be signed. Manly knocked back Parra's approach for Taupau twice yesterday afternoon.
There is absolutely no way BA isn't using this chance for Jake . He tried shifting one of the best 5/8 in the comp to get him in the side and when that didn't work he thought Mahoney and him could be the next Brad Drew & PJ Marsh .
He's 100% sticking him in now this chance has opened up . Even if a capabale backup became available tomorrow .. Jake is his man .
