Wouldn't surprise me if his mum is getting a transfer to Long Bay. Parra could have been in there had they pushed for her to transfer to Silverwater!Clearly his mates Latrell/Fifita and super coach Bennett was the draw card.…"

Dylan Brown should have been 3 points
100%
HAHAHAHAHA Papenhuyzen 3?! The system is a joke.
No way does Ryan Papsmear get the 3.
He doesn't even get the 1 point.
Dylan deserved the 3 points hands down.
What a fucking joke.
This is why I hate the Dally M it's a popularity contest basically. Has a forward ever won it? Tell you what you don't win many games with a shit pack.
Multiple forwards have won the Dally M. Ray Price, Gavin Miller, Danny Buderus, Cameron Smith and Jason Taumalolo.
I probably refer more to props or backrowers rather than number 9's who are considered spine players. Gavin Miller was a backrower but he was a ball player who was more like a five eighth in that sharks side. Ray Price way back when and Taumolo fit the bill of what I'm referring to. So 2 basically over the duration not sure that's a fair reflection. Ultimately the points go to spine players rather than the blokes who make the tackles and the hard yards.
Well the Dally M is judging a player's input over an entire season when it comes to impacting a team's ability to win. An issue for props is they also average roughly 50 minutes a game whereas the spine players are up around 80 minutes. They do a lot of the grunt work but without a good spine it's worth nothing. Case in point the Bulldogs. They actually do pretty well gaining ground and getting into good ball areas but their attack is shit so they can't score points.
What's going to help them more? Another prop or a competent halfback?
That's probably fair enough I guess you are just going to have to accept that if you play certain positions, basically anywhere outside the spine, you aren't going to win Dally M
The touch judge did more for the Storm than Papen
