Akuila Uate will probably end up top try scorer and Michael 'Flash' Gordon as top point scorer.
Well done Todd you've turned your career around in 12 short months, from troubled soul to Dally M winner!
It's based on the points system like the Dally M is which is a mis-representation I think.
Had it stayed the same, Hindy would have had that award wrapped up this year and last given that he won it from 05 to 08.
Many people think that Nathan Gardner was unlucky to not win the Peter Frilingos Memorial Award for his long-range effort against the Chooks.
No surprise with Rookie of the Year in Matt Gillett.
Wasn't expecting Braith Anasta to be Captain of the year or Billy Slater to be Rep Player of the Year.
Can't really disagree with the others as they seem pretty accurate.
Does anyone know why it changed?
I thought it was much better the previous way whereby the fans would simply go online at the completion of the regular season, and vote for their favourite player.
Hindy would always win that hands down.
