From my spot the crowd was fine. There were a couple of Storm fans around, but they didn't cop any abuse that I could see. I heard about a friend who took her child (Storm fan) and she reckons she had to leave because of the abuse. I think we as fans are entitled to voice our intense dislike for the Storm (esp Slater), but like others have mentioned, the Storm fans should be left alone. I was wondering if anyone saw anything that could put our supporters in a negative light?

No???...But if there was any negativity displayed to make up for it I would like to make a personal contribution to the next red eye flight to "Mexico" and ensure that she safely gets back to where she rightfully belongs!
The crowd was just giving it to the Storm players which was thoroughly deserved. There were no fights or brawls in the crowd that I saw, so I think the crowd just giving it to the players was the right thing to do.
Top game though. I loved the atmosphere. For only 7,572 people, it felt like at least 15,000 with the noise and passion of the crowd tonight.
Down in the Northern Terrace it was actually really good banter. Both groups were having a good dig at each other, but all very harmless and dare I say it even friendly.
The crowd was really well behaved, except there was one instance where an Eels supporter threw a brown paper bag with $ printed on it near Greg Inglis as he collected the ball near the fence....The security later picked up the soggy bag, looked at the dollar sign, showed it to another security guard and then they threw it back over the fence towards the Swarm area....

Did $MITH pick it up and put it in his pocket??

I found it hilarious you could hear the Slater's a wanker and Cheats chant on the TV coverage.
