Now that the season is over, I really don't care that I put this out there ...Firstly I met ozzy at the broncos match and went down to have a chat to him.. We were talking bout inu's shocking game he was having.. Ozzys comments were exactly this "I can't wait to see the back of him"..I then asked him about Mateo and he said "too inconsistent, not a big deal"So for this board to sit there and say it is all Ando's doing with the club clean out, it's bullshit!!!It seemed to me like ozzy was very happy with the fact we have lost these two players!!!And wat about this one... I was shown directly from his phone, txt msges from Quade Cooper saying that he wanted to do the deal!! And that he was sitting at home shaking with excitement over playing with the eels!!So either ozzy is a very confident man or that he wants to start alot of false rumors amongst our fans and the media...

LOL WTF, did you know him before this? I've said this before, but im really concerned that our CEO is showing randoms ( if you are) this phone and saying stuff like that to him.

No I don't know him on a personnel level.. Met him the week before down the gold coast but only for like 2 seconds.. He said he remembered me but I'm sure he only said that..

And I remember u saying that parra 12, that rumour that was on triple m of this same thing... Wel I told a close family member and went and blabbered!!!

I have held this is for a while now but over this shit with wats happening to DA!! He is the man to lead the eels!! And should not be copping all the heat!

100% agree mate. The team/everyone involved in the eels needs to stand up and take responsibility.. And yes we should all move on!!

But one man does not deserve all the blame! He can't run on the field and play for them!!

This club has become completely non professional in wats going on behind the scenes..

Unbelievable firstly I am stunned that Ozzy would talk to a supporter of the club and be so open and Honest in appraisals on players I'm not saying that I dont believe you or that the conversation ever took place I am just gobsmacked that a person in his position can openly talk about the operations of the game to a complete stranger without any discussions with the board or in the presence of a media advisor about particular players!!!

If this did take place Ozzie being confident does not even fit into the equation the bloke is a loose cannon ( and thats being noce) and as they say "loose lips sink ships"

If what you are saying is correct was Ozzy drunk or under the effects of drugs as any other CEO from any NRL club would not be discussing so openly such issues in regards to playersand would bave avoided the situation peroiod!!!!!!!

I was with Rhys that night. While I can't categorically confirm it happened as I was wondering around the back of Suncorp chanting and waving a big flag, I can confirm that he informed me, Tony and fpveel of this incident as soon as we returned to our seats.

Still find it very hard to believe Paul Osborne would be showing a person he barely knows text messages from his phone, especially when it's highly sensitive and secretive info like that.
