I propose we do exactly what you've suggested and invest heavily in these community's , and I propose the funds come from an Aboriginal tax we smack on these indigenous players. Let's say 25% on every one of their contracts.
I think that's a fantastic idea and 25% taken from each indigenous player should sufficiently cover costs and resources incurred from having to be their mummy holding their hands whilst also investing in ensuring the next generation can act like professionals.
