I believe that the coaches (and former players that have commentated about him) have alot to answer for. We all know how great a fullback he can be, I personally believe he can be alot better. I also believe he could make a great five-eight but he needs a coach to come in and say Jarryd, you need to play at fullback this is your best position and that is where we are keeping you or I believe you can become a great five-eight but it is gonna take time, its gonna take alot of hard work, you may miss out on some rep games but i believe that you can become one of the best, you just need to be prepared to take the time and put in the effort to do this. At the moment he doesn't know whether he is a fullback or a five-eight because no one is really letting him be either. Make a decision one way or the other but please stop stuffing him around.
