LB , how long has Rodgers been head of recruitment. He falls under O'neill. Has O'neill done anything to improve the situation - no
I'll tell you he's been head of recruitment since 2021 and what's happened since then a major downturn. He is still employed by o'neill who he answers to.

If you were to identify onething chief why can we not attract the sought of talent we need to win this comp. What at the club is holding us back.
Remember JRs is part of the much talked about R & R committee to what's the club missing when going for these bigger targets. It's got to be something more than just the mentioned.
You are in no position to make such a judgement Cheefy.
You can say it because you think that is the only reason we are in such a position but without the facts. We can draw attention but not in the "absolute terms" you love to pronounce.
I think you need to be more careful of what you say "everything points to" would seem that you have some facts and not disclosing same puts you in a position of some legal questions.
Its not as if you are joking or taking the piss....just a never ending "tirade" Please note in the last discussions i have had on this subject, I actually suggested that MON's time has come because of perceptions of credability. Peceptions are just that and I have no facts and am happy to wait until the situation is clear by the people that have some understnding of these "facts".
As for Rogers again I cannot comment (don't even know what he looks like or his background to be head of the R&R Group, it could be a secretarial....i.e." Head Scribe"). For all I know we could have been the underbidder, or set up to be on a lot of these signings that are alledged as some sort of failure on our part. Actually I can continue to argue that not keeping Talagi, missing Galvin and Keon were huge wins for the club.
Yes we are guilty of getting Kelly and even Edwards but for no other reasons, that we could not get anyone else and the injury position gave us no choice. The current speculation on players seems a lot healthier to me in terms of choice, then again that is a subjective statement Cheefy, do you understand the meaning of "subjective".
You also make an observation of those higher up? make observations about facilities ect and that is enough to attract players.....interesting how you know this Cheefy, because I didn't think you had any operational relationship with those "higher up" people.
Yes all out the door LB absolutely correct. There's no way Rodgers survives. He's just as if not more accountable. . Since 2021 its been.a disaster zone
LB, trying to pacify people with hearsay about certain individuals is so "subjective" for all we know Rogers could be a clean skin, arguably the bottom of the "totem pole" in that R&R Group, CEO, Head Coach, GM Football.....we had to get a "janitor" in there somewhere to be in charge! LOL
I get very cynical about observations of convenience, especially when their is a board on there with 10 good men and women watching all this unfold, not to mention a Chairman that seems very highly held in business circles and then we have the actual owners of the Football Club, the Leagues Club with delegates and no doubt views on these matters as well.
"To be fair, Gamble was a junior at Wests when MON was there. So people can catch up. If it is to sign him, as depth could be handy but also prioritise elsewhere if not signed anyone else."

Ben Rogers is excused from criticism? He is head of recruitment.

I'm not saying don't blame MON. I'm saying include Rogers in it too.

Surely if MON does not go, which no idea whether he will or wont, Rogers goes.

JR to LB if we are going after that mentioned committee there all under one umbrella in the blame stakes.
Yep I've said that too in that Ryles doesn't get players he doesn't want. If JBD for example was extended from his option, Ryles would've agreed.
