Club Statement: Tim Mannah

The Parramatta Eels Club and Tim Mannah have been in discussions on how best to honour and celebrate his wonderful contribution to the Eels over the past 11 seasons in the NRL.

True to Tim’s professional work ethic and commitment to his teammates, he has chosen to focus on preparing for the Canterbury Cup semi-final match taking place on Saturday morning and therefore does not wish to have any career celebration at Friday’s match against the Manly Sea Eagles.

A Parramatta junior, Tim made his NRL debut in 2009 and, in 2010 and 2011, represented NSW in State of Origin on 4 occasions, and Lebanon in the Rugby League World Cup. Tim has played 233 first grade games for the Eels and is one of the top 10 players for most 1st Grade games played for the Eels.

The Club will continue to work with Tim on the most appropriate plan to ensure Members and Fans can recognise and thank Tim for the contribution he has made to the Eels, both on and off the field since 2004.

  • BWAHAHAHA!!!!! that says it all....great statement.

Timmies so dirty he's turned down a lap round the oval in the soft top lol

    • Tim's a true legend and leads by example example. A true humble gentleman.

  • Kudos to Tim for choosing to stick by his team mates at Wenty.

    • lol thats called fluff

      • Snake, BA hasn’t spoken to Tim in months....Coach is a grub.

        • I think Tims been the petulant one, look how quick he wanted out when dropped.

Dont think Tims a saint Baz, he's closer to the devil than you think, a hungry wolf dressed as a lamb of god.

  • Wenty is in a do or die final. Look at the team. Not to bad actually.

    • Your off your head snake as if he wouldn’t be dirty,

He was a club and team captain, Brad is a grub to do this, fkn bullshit, how is he evil? He can say he played first grade NRL as captain, you can say you played with your knob.

      • Everyone has short memories, Tim stick his neck out and saved this traitor as a coach when he was under siege and he was obviously good enough at one stage when BA named him as captain. BA is the evil one with no fkn backbone.

        • No, BA gave him extra years no other coach would have given, hes been free loading for long enough.
