It does have a welcome to country meeting place, which I don't understand the significance of it given this is a training complex.

The club. It's Parramatta's building but a part of the deal to get government funding was to have a portion of the facility open to the community.
The grandstand and main field will also be available to our lower grades for their games and likely PDJRL grand finals.

The centre of excellence used to be back of Lidcombe oval sheds where you'd get bashed if you played shit. Now those were the glory days!
