Huge developments all around Kellyville - Marsden Park / Box Hill etc. the club needs to ensure these areas are Parra only

It does have a welcome to country meeting place, which I don't understand the significance of it given this is a training complex.
Kellyville will be including a community centre. The building won't be exclusive to the club.

The club is considering hiring Steve Sharp to manage it , they are are always looking to hire the best.
The club. It's Parramatta's building but a part of the deal to get government funding was to have a portion of the facility open to the community.
The grandstand and main field will also be available to our lower grades for their games and likely PDJRL grand finals.

The centre of excellence used to be back of Lidcombe oval sheds where you'd get bashed if you played shit. Now those were the glory days!
