cayless u bloody legend

2010 has been a topsy turvey one for our beloved eels......... all i want to say is that im dissapointed in not making the finals but im proud of the effort the boys have out in for eachother and the fans and cant wait to see them run out this last few weeks and send of caylo, matteo, inu, and keating on a high note, especially our inspirational captain in nathan cayless who has served us well and could easily turn up another yr... it will be sad to see this parramatta great hang up the boots.......... he has been the heart and soul up front for years now and it will be weird to see a parra side run out without him leading them......

farewell caylo u bloody legend

  • Nice blog! Agree with everything you've said. Thank you cayless, you've provided me with some great memories. Shame you couldnt hold that trophy up but regardless of that, im sure you still had a great time playing for the blue and gold !
  • Good blog adskis, cayless has been so great for us since he started such an inspiration to all of us and i dont think i will be able to hold back tears after his last game:(
  • do you guys know which round is the last home game??
  • yeah round 26 vs the warriors at parra stadium.
  • Cayless always gave 110% whether it was wearing the Blue and Gold of the Eels, or the Black and White of the Kiwis.

Nathan you will be sorely missed from the side, you are an asset to the Eels and New Zealand and a legend of the game, a true warrior that was unlucky not to have held up the premiership trophy!
  • thanks
  • hear here
  • It will be sad to see Caylo retire, and a shame we could not deliver him a premiership,he will be one of many local juniors leaving the club at the end of the year.losing Keating,Inu,Mateo,Grothe, and Horo hurts as well,to go with other locals such as Tony Williams,Trent Hodginkson and Nathan Gardner in recent years.Best of luck for the future Caylo
    • A great captain, a great warrior , a great clubman and he seems like a great bloke. Thanks for the memories Nathan you are truely a Parra legend!!
      • u must be a great parra fan stephen
