Eels 52 Broncos 34.
Yes some of the Broncos try were soft but the last 20mins we have 2 on the bench and they had nothing to lose.
We blew them away in the first 20mins and they didn't know how to cope. I have never seen the Broncos like that at Suncorp.

Im more concerned about the amount of points we leaked. 34 isn't good and i doubt BA will be happy about that. Some of them were very soft tries
Oh I agree, its great to score 52 and all but letting 34 in after we have averaged only about 12.2 pts per game against us in the last 10 games is poor and needs to addressed ASAP.
I think in a way the 34 points against us is a good thing, if we won 52-10 say the team would be celebrating to much and thinking next week against lowly placed Souths will be easy instead they have something to work hard on for the next game in the defence, so this while our attack was brilliant could be a kick in the pants for the defence which really for most of the game was pretty good.
The important thing is we scored enough points that the game was out of reach of the Broncos when we tired. If we do this for the rest of the season we will take the Premiership no matter how hard the refs try to rig the games.

Brett, BA's water bottle took a pounding after the last try - he wasn't happy at all. Agree though, the team was switched on in attack mode and let the defence slide a bit. Certainly something to work on and BA will let the players know that if they want to beat the best teams at the pointy end, they have to execute games perfectly.
