No, if he's not playing in the NRL his contract is void, but he can return to the NRL and start playing for us under his previous contract.
So, if he does turn around and say, well if Storm and Eels can't agree, I might as well come back to the Eels and get paid, we'll need to have money in our cap and fulfil his contract, or release him. It's like a big game of chicken.
