KPIs for BA in 2024
- Achieving a top 4 finish in the regular season.
- Winning the first final.
- Demonstrating consistency in performance throughout the season.
- Developing a robust backup plan for key positions, including halfback.
And unbelievably there are zero back up plans if Moses is out for an extended period, there is zero excuse for a professional club being in this situation meaning there no excuse for ba if a key player goes down early in the season.
While some fans might consider a top 8 finish as a pass mark, aiming for at least the top 4 is a more ambitious and competitive goal. The absence of a backup plan for critical positions can be a significant concern, as ive mentioned.
Ultimately, the success of a head coach should be evaluated based on the team's overall performance, the achievement of strategic goals, and their ability to adapt to unforeseen challenges

All of the above, and then a few others
Top 8
If we miss it could be a mutual partways. Only thing is if we start well, he will be extended meaning he will survive regardless of making 8 or not.
Not saying that is my KPI, saying that is the realistic KPI of the club.
Haha LB got admire your loyalty....
That was a what the club's would be not what mine would be.
Honestly, in 2018 did anyone really think that BA would still be at the club 6 years later ??
The bloke is so ingrained at the club and the board so utterly inept, there is no chance that he leaves.
There is more likelihood that we scrape into 14th place next year and the board extends him for another 2 or 3 years ! and the fan boys will still be raving on about him being the 'saviour' of the Eels.
In fact, let's run a market on that ?
What are the chances of BA still being the coach until 2030 ? Or 2040 ?
You would love that wouldn't you CORYN
Coryn supports BA and not the Eels. He's not a true fan.
Because you don't care about winning. You only care about protecting BA.
If we start decent in 2024, by round 10 he will extend until 2027.
