Agree with you BEM this is nothing to do with which govt is ruling or politics but I'd go a step further and say this is purely a crazy hate crime. No true religion says killing innocent is ok not Christian Jewish or Muslim religions condone killing a sacred human life!

Law enforcement source identifies Bondi gunman as Sydney man Naveed Akram. So a Brave obviously Muslim man stops one gunmen and the other is identified as Naveed Akram ( sounds middle eastern in name) not sure if he's a Muslim or not.
