  I have stated my opinions before on this grub, for him to make out that he and his fellows grubs in the coaching/training positions not to have had some form of idea is ludicrous in itself, they all went to school and were taught basic mathematics, 1+1+1 marquee players= maybe fit under cap, but more than that get serious.
  
  Bellyache is a turd and so are the team members. Cameron"i couldnt lie straight in bed "smith, is the biggest con artist of all time, he was in todays paper making out like he was a victim and wanting the team to take pay cuts to stick together, acting all innocent and oblivious to each others financial status, do they expect us to believe they if they are so close a team they dont talk about contracts, cmon.
  
  What a crock of shit, this scandal isnt a scandal because it has been the worst kept secret in the league, everyone involved in the NRL knew that Melbourne were gaining assistance from outside sources to stay afloat.
  
  The Storm have been the pet project of News limited since its inception and it was all about greed in the AFL heartland, without the Storm there is no League in Melbourne.

  I agree. Not one word of an apology or pity other than he was sorry he got caught. I too thought the guy looked as slimey as the whole salary cap debacle. They appear to have this attitude they're better than everyone else and exempt from the rules that apply to everyone else. If they had an ounce of dignity or contrition they should immediately bring the team back under the salary cap and dismiss the relevant players. Sure, they get no points this season, but they've still got a team that's $700K over the cap so any win's going to be pretty hollow and a constant reminder they cheated.

  I don't believe that Jerk for a second and I hate it when people will blindly protect the Storm players and coach. The lower payed players I believe have every right to be pissed off at the big name players.

  Channel 9 just revealed 3 players who were paid paper bag money this year to make 'em 700,00 over the cap - who else? - Smith, Inglis, & Slater. (although there's a letter from Slater's manager insisting the money be declared in the cap)

  Bellach needs a new dictionary. How can they expect to be held in the highest regard for knowingly breaking and flaunting the Cap rules (but they will lead you to believe they didn't)
