            • If he was that intrested in premierships over money he'd be gone by now.  Moses is smart he knows you can't retire on premierships , but if he keeps banking millions and building properties he can be just like uncle Benny.

Moses motivated by money.  Plenty of players are still laying bricks at 50+ years of age with a premiership under their belt.  Moses ain't a dummy.

              • I think you'll find Moses already has plenty his after footy life is probably always set.If he's interested in just collecting money he leaves zero legacy.Last time I looked he's a competitor and competitive gene doesn't just play for money it plays to win.If Parra can't put those pieces  around Moses what's the point

                • He's what 30 ? At best he's got maybe 10 mil in savings if he's lucky and has sold those recent properties  , probably more like less than 5 , 10 in assets maybe outside the main residence and that's being generous.    .  He's hardly James Packer .    You're a long time retired, and as I said , if he was really intrested in premierships and not money he'd have left long before now.

Moses in the scheme of things in Sydney is still small potato's for his suburbs. I get he would still have more money than the New Zealand government , but here , especially in Sydney , for his lifestyle , he still is likley the poorest dude in his street.

Moses is off to a very very good start, but he's hardly kicking back never working another day in his life if he wants to maintain his lifestyle post footy.  He most certainly doesn't seem the guy that's going to give up half a million plus to get a shitty ring to show at barbies.  I'd go as far as saying he's not even the guy that would dream of sharing the comraderie of winning a comp with his team mates.

                  • No use guessing what he has for all we know he could have alot  more than speculated so why bother speculating.

Moses will definitely have his future mapped out he doesn't come across as a guy who'll wake up in 20 years time on the bones of his arse and who says he has to have James Packer money.

All I'm saying is money is only part of the driving force here it's not the be all and end all.Moses is competitive he wants to win if Parra can't put the pieces round him well that's on the club.If they think it's smart investing 10 or so mill in career earnings and not doing the above doesn't look or sound like a good strategy to me.It wouldn't surprise me one bit if in the next year or 2 it's I've done all I can do here what's next.

  • He'd be my No. 1 target for left centre. He is a tough tackler, can pass well, and will provide a kicking option beyond Moses, and whether its Addo-Carr, Skelton or Samrani or whoever playing LW, he can help them.

He'll also provide another goal kicking option.

I'd love him and I'd pay him a bit even at centre.

But yes, assuming it's centre. I think we need a different type of 6 (Lorenzo/Volkman/Luai).

    • Yes, lets not forget he is a top class goalkicker as well.

  • Well we aren't getting the likes of Best or Farnsworth so we need to go all in on Burton

  • I agaree with BEM, we are not getting the likes of Herbie, and Best is a long shot too - All in on Burton - as as Pops states - a radar goal kicker is worth 6 to 8 points a game - pretty handy to have that as Mitch is inconsistent and takes the pressure off him too just to concentrate on his role as a half

  • agree BEM we should offer good money to Burton and Bostock, I think we would have a good chance for both for the right price
