I reckon he went well in a badly beaten side. Ran hard, looked strong and dangerous with the ball. Keep in mind he just came back from a serious injury. Lomax has been our best player this year and the bloke who replaced comes in with that pressure and I think he handled it well.

Our best player tonight and it was his first game back from an ACL injury. Utterly embarrassing from the rest of the squad.
Matto also went alright. Which doesn't bode well for our coaches team selections.
Matto and Simmo need to be mainstays with Moses due back anytime now.
Kautoga gets a pass after tonight's 100 metres and 40 odd tackles too. Hopefully he can link up well with Moses and run better lines.
What did you see that was impressive with Matterson.
Agree - he tried all night..Especially coming back from ACL.. Pretty embarrassing in my opinion..
Lost concentration and control when he got tangled up with Strange for Hudson Young's 2nd try . We can't really have blokes making dumb decisions like that anymore. They need to be switched on and our experienced players need to be leading the way .
Other than that he was great . Showed the character and effort he has over the last 18 months .
I think SImmo was frustrated because Kris was all over him one tackle but the ref turned a blind eye (no surprise) and than when Simmo tackled Strange he got caught up in the moment.
I think JAC played well. How many times did he play smart and not get taken into touch with the ball... in games gone by other eels wingers woudl have been smashed into touch
I just hope he didn't come back too early at the risk of re-injury
Hopefully Simo has good run without any issues, he looks physically in great condition - once we with get Simo, Moses and Matto back in the 13 will see a big improvement
