I've got to agree, the leadership was poor.
There was a potential turning point in the game when at 6-12 the Tigers bombed a try thanks to our aggressive defence. Instead of gathering together and celebrating and getting geed up for a great attacking set we had Tim walking with hands on hips, head to the sky. No leadership, no rallying of the troops.
Tim's a lovely guy, but he's an atrocious leader on the field. Scott was better but he's a shadow of his former self.
Change the captaincy to someone who HATES losing. An out and out competitor. Brown isn't much of a talker so I guess he's out too. Moses was one of the few on the field that seemed pissed at the loss.
