Axe BA end of season - Yes/No ? vote .

Should Parramatta persist with BA? There has been enough time to judge, hes had five off seasons and if we're looking at another coach, we can't really sit on our hands.

BA's had some good success, and has made the finals in 17, but for many it seems the roster isn't improving enough signings wise, or with the addition of young blood Development wise.. There's also been some very fair criticism of our pack's size, and why Arthur has persisted with the very small workman style player.

Ive been very critical in his overall signings stratagy - Arthur seems to favor over the hill hard heads who are a year or two away from retirement, rather than develop his own systems in identifying and introducing young gun forwards - not one player has been debut in three off seasons - the problem with relying on signigs only is - signings are usually other club's rejects or, if it's a big name player, you generally have to pay overs.

That's why development is so important.

If the decision had to be made today
Would you vote Stay or Go. ?  Axe or keep.

I know it seems like bad timing after very heavy loss, but i want people to vote on what the future should look like.

  • If we don’t make the 8 he should pack his bags, and even if we scrape in he should be on notice.

he is repsonsible for the squad that has been put together so the buck needs to stop with him.

    • My thoughts exactly.

He has 2018 to decide his fate.

    • Agreed - We need to fork out some cash for a couple of decent forwards, not these basement forwards.

    • Good post al. I totally agree with your thoughts
    • 5th year is ample time. 4th placed finish should be followed up by at leased 6th. I agree

    • Exactly right Al.

  • I love BA for what he's done but Top 8 is the threshold to stay on.

We can no longer stomach failure and say it's ok there's always next year.

The team is 100% completely his and for the last 2 years he's had full suport from management to do exactly what he wants with the football team.

If he thinks with the forwards we have we can be successful, then that will be his sword. Either to carve up the opposition or fall on it if he doesnt.

He could have made Semi the 1st one million dollar winger, but chose not to. We are talking about the best winger in the game by far who easily slots into the left wing position of Parra's all time greatest team.

I'm not going to hound him for brining Evans, the worst player in the comp because every coach will make a mistake recruiting. But I will hound him if he doesnt fix the problem.

If he has to flog a big name player at Parra that is causing problems, then he should do so immediately. Especially a player that has a history and has been warned several times.

There are no excuses unless we have a freakish injury run to several key players.

  • Yes hire David Kidwell or bring back the magician Stephen Kearney.

If we are going to go down we may aswell stay down the above 2 will do that for sure.

  • Keep. I'd be happy with finishing 4th again. Isn't that a good result?
  • Agree. This year is it.
