That has to be the worst officiated game I have ever watched. I thought our NRL refs were bad

Don't think they know the rules. What about the bloke taking the tap from the wing from a penalty and having a run. Didn't pass to the line first😂
Ref doesn't realise he needs to control the ruck. Only penalties he looked for was foul play
