Aparantly both parties wanted Schoupp to Eels but Titans blocked it.
Staines is apparently interested in rejoins Penrith now. Sounds similar to the Dane Laurie one.
I wonder if Penrith are just swooping in as the 'last stop' and offering the same deal but garunteed success.
...and they still have room in their cap? LOL
It just seems the kents in charge of signing players have got no ability to close the deals. It's been going on for years now. Isaako, Lodge, Taupau, Staines, Schopp....list goes on.

O'Neill is apart of the commitee. From what i remember the committee is BA, O'Neill, Sarantinos and Ben Rogers.
But at the end of the day all of them thankfully we did better than.
