Thank Christ , finally , recruitment on the cards. All this bullshit about being able to home brew a premiership team out of wheat and grain you've harvested in your greenhouse is never going to work. Just because Penrith got lucky and had a purple patch of youngsters come through doesn't mean it had anything to do with the clubs workings. It could've simply been that that the stars aligned.
We need to fuck some pricks off and recruit some guys with winning in their culture. How O'Neil does this after recently signing most of the overpaid lazy cocks to stupid recent deals will really test his ability to make things happen.

If we had a full squad from the start, hardly no injuries & a few suspensions that were warrant, I would get why he needs to apologise. But I still believe certain players have ruined 2023, if we had 3 more wins this conversation would not be happening. Let's bring in talented outside backs, the two west forwards & move on some of these useless players that are currently in our squad.
Have to agree with what you've said. It hasn't been a great year for the Eels in more than 1 aspect.
On top of that, we need a new defensive assistant, BA to step back and oversee.
