The only negative is they are easentially purchasing a competition. But if im bulldogs fans im putting that aside, its 2025 afterall, loyalty is out the window and id be happy to see us purchasing a GF than relying on our juniors and coming last.
How is it a negative? I mean every fans that complains would not complain if their team did it and won a comp. Let's be fair, if i asked most fans here that Parra would win a comp but have to cheat the cap in order to do it but will never be caught, many here would say you beauty.
They think they are certain to win the comp, they are a big chance but boy are they heading for a massive let down if they come up short.ย
They are a masive chance. They didnt work towards a premiership window though. They purchased the window. I cant help but feel if they don't win it this year they will fall quickly over the next few years as the players will have no basis for loyalty (they all started elsewhere anyway) and will have no qualms to jump straight back out.
Honestly they have a pretty diehard fan base, we on the other hand have a large fan base that has gotten accustomed to being cellar dwellers.ย

What about last year when BA chant was out? Is that accustomed to be cellar dwellers? I mean most have given benefit of doubt to Ryles but come mid 2026 if results are good fans will not accept it.
