Any chance Henry could stay at the Cows?

I don't think the Cows have named Henry's replacement, yet. The Cows have already made themselves look silly by prematurely sacking him, so maybe they could be willing to wear the embarrassment of saying we did not really mean it. Is this something the Eels board needs to bear in mind during the coach selection process?

  • I must have missed that. Did it come from the Cows, Henry or both? Ricky Stuart did not pass on the message, by any chance?

  • I heard Henry get interviewed and he said that he had moved on personally regardless. Although he was flattered there was a petition from fans but he had still moved on.

  • Sounds pretty final then. He hasn't said he will put his hat in the ring at the Eels and I suppose he won't say it until the Cows are knocked out because they have to be his #1 focus at the moment (His initials are not RS). I'm thinking he will ask for a 5-year deal which I am pretty sure the club will be amenable to. I am not writing off JT, just thinking if NH does get the job.

  • If the cowboys didn't sack henry they wouldn't be in finals.

  • Ben Ikin on NRL 360 stated that no matter what heppens Henry wont be there, Ikin is a director at the Cowboys
