Another Option

I am not an Orford fan. I thought Ox was too slow & predictable when he was at Manly. 
If we r unable to secure a top half, why not look for an experienced half still looking for a chance at the top level?
I was wondering if anyone following the NSW Cup has watched Josh Lewis this year? If so, could u please advise how he has performed this season.I remember when he was the Reserve Grade half for the Roosters with Jamie Soward as 5/8, & I thought he was quite effective at that stage of his career also his asking Salary should be quite modest.
Before u dismiss the idea as silly, remember we signed on Kevin Kingston from the Sharks for a year & he more than earned his Salary, personally I wished we had kept him.
Just a thought.

    Definitely not a bad idea at all Michael.
    I think on Josh Lewis though, someone mentioned that he was now 29, and had retired or something?
    Unless I mis-read something and it was about another player.

    Though not a bad idea at all.
    Haven't seen a lot of him though.

    I think Orford is the best option left but it all depends on Bradford releasing him.

    He's playing in France next year. Albert Kelly and Scott Porter kept him out of Cronulla's reserve grade team this year. I thought he was going to be the next big thing when he came through the grades at Roosters but just couldn't make the step up.
