That's the usual way Greg, that we are accustomed too, isn't it.
Until a player or club goes full on with a lawyer and the Esafety Commissioner and start to push back through the courts, this will keep happening. I'm just sick of players coping photos years later, from so called friends or jilted ex's so to speak.
So so many of us would have a photo in our phones of someone else in a compromised position or others have photos of us in the same predicament. They release them only to bring them down, to humiliate, to harass or as revenge. Its wrong.

This is good for Iongi. May a far more high profile player; portaryed as 'violated', will hog the headlines and the NRL will need to be fair to he and Iongi when assessing any potential NRL sanctions.
I hope May's litigation action is successful.
It's interesting May's comes right after Iongi's. They used to be neighbours, years ago.
