I just don't get how people in high positions make rediculous decisions. "Hey we had a great season, but we want a better one so let's not resign the guy who got us to where we are" the mind boggles

While ever we have penny pinching Max at the club this is what will happen.
The Sooner the reforms get up and Max pisses off the better.
Absolutely pathetic!!! Why would you not retain a guy who transformed our team and got us into finals? Instead we let him walk and join another club!!! Shame Shame Shame!!!!!!!
My only thought in this is that Elkin was put in charge of the trainers, and with that he likely made the call as to who he sees for the various trainers. In saying that, I see the lose of Jiminez as sad, for someone of that experience that has taken a team like the storm through many years and lifted this club, (except for the defence side of things as we had a specialist - cough cough defensive coach for the last 18 monthss as well), One can only hope that the change can at leas equal what we had with Adrian and hopefully better it with the defensive side, and with an announcement of a new coach in that area.
"I was listening today to a Peter V'Landys interview and he's was asked about the Zac Lomax issue and being granted leave etc...he reckons he feels very sorry for Zac Lomax because the R360 isn't really a functional recognized enterprise and it may…"
"No chance. From all reports Ryles couldnt agree to the release quick enough. Think the club is pretty pissed off he had his head turned 8 months into a 4 year deal."

He is a loss to the club, who replaces him is going to be hard.
I can't fcukin believe this shite!!! Typical Parramatta
Agreed. Disappointing. It's no coincidence that our performance improved over the last 18 months he was there.

Big loss IMO, we looked a much better side when he took over mid 2018.
Elkin has got a very good resume though.
Jimenez transformed a team that came last in 2018
to 5th in 2019 they looked Fit and strong.
Great news for the dragons,I guess retaining jimenez wasn’t a priority!
Our 2020 season aim should be 4th!!
go eels!
Just wow. Very poor that the Club let him leave.
