Dont support dumbo JAC driving in that state, but it is the off season for us and seems harsh to suggest he be sacked for this whilst off duty. And certainly he ain't the only one to do lunes he just got caught.
there have been numerous players to be caught during the season, and most only got a slap on wrist and a week out.
