The Wanderers Adidas merch is pretty decent. Although the material they use for football is different to Rugby. The NZ All Blacks Adidas merch is great quality, but the roosters and NSW merch is pretty average. They don't use the top tier material.
Short-Term Apparel Deal Looms as Adidas Seeks Roosters Stock Clearance
Strong rumours circulating with league insiders , that global sportswear giant Adidas has approached Parramatta about a short-term apparel arrangement, as the company looks to clear an excess of blank Sydney Roosters merchandise.
Ā
According to the report, Adidas is currently overstocked with Roosters apparel and has requested a six-month agreement, allowing the brand time to rebrand and move existing stock. Under Adidasā current agreement with the Roosters, Easts are unable to receive new apparel until contractual obligations relating to the clearance of that six-month supply are fulfilled.
Ā
The proposed arrangement would ensure the Roosters receive a refreshed apparel design in time for the 2027 NRL season, once the existing stock issue has been resolved.
Ā
Parramattaās General Manager of Football, Mark OāNeill, along with head coach Jason Ryles, have both endorsed the short-term nature of the deal, describing it as an ideal outcome for the club.
Ā
OāNeill said Parramatta was never in the market for a long-term apparel supplier at this stage, noting the club is already assessing other potential partners for the 2027 season and beyond.
Ā
āThis agreement works perfectly for us,ā OāNeill said. āIt provides flexibility while Adidas resolves its current situation, and it allows us to keep our options open moving forward.ā
Ā
If finalised, the deal would represent an unusual but mutually beneficial stop-gap solution, highlighting the increasingly complex commercial realities facing NRL clubs and their major partners.
O'neil probably wont get this deal done as well the flop
