Sacked. Received your comeuppance in full.
"In February 2026, text messages surfaced in a New South Wales Supreme Court case involving player Zac Lomax's attempt to join the Melbourne Storm from the Parramatta Eels. During a contract dispute, Melbourne Storm CEO Justin Rodski sent a text to NRL CEO Andrew Abdo asking the governing body to "apply the blow torch" on the Parramatta Eels to resolve the release so Lomax could play.
This phrase was allegedly used by Melbourne leadership to urge the NRL to put pressure on Parramatta to accept a settlement."

Not sure exactly what you're saying. Isn't this old news? If Abdo was proven to have done anything illegal or contrary to his job description then surely he would either be sacked already or at least have been put on notice with limited responsibilities until his name is cleared.
Abdo was a blight to the game. Showed arrogance and honestly just saw him to be this used car salesman when he talked. Never could stand him. He nearly stuffed up the recent TV deal, he strong armed weak clubs and bowed to strong clubs. Ben Ikin I would love to see in that role. Only problem is would V'Landys have him as Ikin is not a yes man.
