Not just for us players and not just on the footy field.

Off the footy field, for our supporters and for those back home battling the lockdown.

We are the same Parramatta team we were at the start of the season

We want to be able to give back to you, our supporters, and show we are a top four team and up for the challenge each and every week.

We want to give you something to enjoy, something to believe in and look forward to.

Yes we’ve had a rough patch of footy, but we do still have that fighting spirit.

Leaning on one another right now is the only way we’ll be able to make it out of this rough patch … together.

We’re still a top four team and we’re still in a position to play some very good football.

The main goal is to finish in the top four.

It’s certainly a task we believe and know is possible.

We know we’ve got some tough opponents coming up, but as long as we’re going out there front loading our energy, we’ll put ourselves in a good position for winning.

I can tell you now, we’ve got four weeks where we’ll have a red-hot crack.

Everyone’s looking forward to the challenge that lies ahead and that starts with Manly this weekend.

We’ve had some great times this year.

And there’s still time for some more.

Seeing some of our young boys make their debuts this year has been a huge highlight for me; Jake Arthur, Will Penisini and Sean Russell.

We have the chance this weekend to get the win for two more debutants – Michael Oldfield and Makahesi Makatoa

We want to get that winning feeling for them on their debuts.

And for you, our loyal Parramatta Eels supporters.

Junior Paulo

  • Hmmm you would have thought the captain would have written the letter.

  • Interesting

  • I reckon the coach wrote it for him.

    Brad Author.

  • Damage control 101

  • Surely does not matter who wrote  the letter , Junior would have approved it before posting on the Eels web site . It's one thing to say these things , as we have learnt, another to write it down to publish . So to say the least,  I expect a big game from Junior this weekend . It's a very positive message .

    • I agree with you Driza. Does it matter who wrote the letter? Let's just say that Junior wanted to write a letter with a positive note to us Parra fans. He may not be articulate enough to put the words down so he got help from someone. Who,doesn't matter. All I am saying is,I don't care who wrote it,whether it was Junior, with help,or whoever. At least, the way I read it,itwas from the heart. Is it too much to ask us fans to stick by our boys? I,for one, will stay with them, come what may.

      • It was a farking joke you dumbcunts!

I couldn't give a flying root who wrote it, or that it was written at all.

  • Written so fans can speculate more 😂

The free-falling Eels are staring down the barrel of another nail in their season’s coffin. They sit like ducks in the target arrow of the public's microscope just waiting to dissect their ANZAC performance.
