Sometimes it is a good time to reflect on your own personal journey through life and question everything.about yourself and the life you lead. We all have regrets later in life.The more you become aware of yourself the more you can become content and have power  in shaping your destiny

            Thinking of it in terms of footy discussion.

            Will anyone ever be happy following footy as a source of contentment even if they win a few premierships. Instant gratification has a short lifespan and the frustration and misery will return soon after the big gratification hit.

            The energy of seeking materialistic wins takes you away from Living ones life to the fullest. Do we die with regrets for putting ones  life energy into materialistic addictions?
