  Too much video ref. The refs either have no confidence or they want to rob us.

  If Hoppa had of lost control of the ball it would have been a penalty try if the boot had of hit Hoppa in the head it would have been a potential 8 point try. The 8 point try is awarded for a foul on the player as or just after he scores a try

    Kicking with his leg is a foul even if it doesn't injure him. So it should have been an 8 pt try

  Kicking out with his leg was a foul, regardless whether it hit hoppa or not. So it should be 8 pt try.

  When I saw Lyin talking to the ref and pointing to his leg, I thought the ref was explaining it to Lyon. Couldn't believe it when it wasn't given.
  He clearly led with the feet which is just as bad as tripping. And the video ref had 10 looks at it FFS!

  Agree, once again  the  nrl are purely reactive, nor proactive. Its okay to slide in with your leg and narrowly miss someones head, as long as you dont connection.  Complete BS
