He said they are fairly confident of retaining Horo, he see's Mort's as a 5/8 in the short term and hopes with a senior No.7 he will possibly evolve into the half but no one knows.
The only other part I caught was that it was Ozzie's job description to sign a No.7, he does the purchasing.
