The off season of hell continues. Rumours are strong that’s 3 NRL clubs are under investigation for salary cap breaches and trust me, it’s a massive story. Handing out fines might not be sufficient.

I am positive it won't be the Roosters with their almost 100 percent representitive squad, becasue its not like something stands out as being wrong there at all!

Sharks, Manly, Bulldogs and Tigers have all recently been investigated so probably 3 of those teams.
I'd say it is one of those teams as well, maybe not Canterbury as they have sold most of their players off and recruited lesser known/younger players.
Their chairman came out last year and said they cannot make a major signing until 2021.
