    1) Alvaro, played 55 quality minutes

  • 3. Shaun Lane, will be our buy of the season had an absolute wow of a debut.

    2. Nikoure, both starting 2nd rower got through 80 mins and both did a heap of work very excited for these two this season.

    1. Mitch Moses, showed a lot of effort today which is very promising. Those two tackles were something we have never seen from him hopefully upwards for Mitch.

Special mention Tepai Merora and Daniel Alvaro for two workhorse style props they did us fans very proud today against a much hyped about pack in the panthers.

    • It's too difficult to pick just 3 players.

3 Moses = Especially for his 2 try savers. He actually made 2 consecutive try saving tackles in 2 tackles.  Firstly on R.C.Gillard on the 3rd tackle, and then another one on their centre in the very next tackle (4th tackle). That's the type of defence that could see him displace Maloney from the Blues team this year.

2 Niukore = Scored our opening try and was a constant headache for the panthers every time he handled the ball.

1 Fergo = For providing exactly what we'd hoped in regards to starting our sets. Unlucky not to have scored on his debut for us, as was Sivo.

1,000 points go to Lane for his hit on James Maloney :)

Special mentions to; Alvaro = for playing a fantastic 55 minutes in the front row.  BRAVO ALVARO ;)

Reed Mahoney for showing so much hunger to get over the line for his try.  A real terrior, and we're blessed to have him.

      • agree with you ultrastrong 321 hard  the whole pack were good  timmy and gower were good off the bench

dylan made a very solid debut he is a must keep player  he is a star in the making   taka fergo sivo gutho jenko were all good   looking for 321 best box them all  field x field x field  or a mystery trifector

  • Moses  3

    Fergo 2

    Dylan 1

    Marata and Lane worthy mentions.

  • Ferguson

    Lane

    Alvaro

  • 3. Niukore

    2. Lane

    1. Fergo

  • 3 Marata

    2. Fergo

    1. Lane

Special mention to Alvaro, Moses, Mannah and Dylan Brown.

  • 3pts Moses- lead the team around today like he should be.

2pts Jenko- looked good every time he ran the ball. Didn’t put a foot wrong, that 10 in the bin call was ridiculous

1pt Alvaro- we lost N Brown early but to bang out 55 mins and run for over 130m was exceptional

Special mention to our edge forwards Lane & Niukore, ran traffic at the Panthers halves Maloney & Cleary all day and I think it tired them out & forced them to lack any creativity in attack.

  • 3. Fergo

    2. Nuikore

    1. Alvaro
