Just went through my interstate Eel membership offer for 2019. Was in absolute disbelief to see that Family membership packages have gone up around $100. Oh and to rub salt in the wounds it only caters for 2 Adults and 2 Kids instead of the 4 kids allowed from previous years. So the penalty for supporting Parra right through to another wooden spoon is higher priced membership with less value. Great job Parra!

But Bernie negotiated meat pies from $5.00 each to $4.80 at the new stadium . Did you miss the “ we love u Bern “ thread when he was playing hardball wheeler and dealer for those 4 days on behalf of you members ? He may have even negotiated a packet of sauce down to only $2.00 if my memory serves me correctly you ungrateful bastard .
There was always going to be a price hike based on the extra loading the club will be paying for the new facilities. Also, i believe that prices were frozen during our two years at ANZ.
The new stadium will be more than worth the price of admission. Its a world class stadium, then again, you would pay similar and get splinters in your arse and hypothermia on the hill at Kogarah Penrith or brookie
Stop complaining. Go and sit on the wet grass at brookie and get back to us
Did you miss the part about Interstate member? I could not give a shit about where I sat if our team was performing. I go for the atmosphere, if I wanted luxury I would sit on my arse infront of my projector.
Save your money and spend it on a rent a crowd to wave flags , cheer and boo behind you and your projector. Then you have the luxury and the atmosphere. I’m sure the Mrs can role play for you in the kitchen and slog ya $30 for a flat warm beer and a shit pie .
To enhance the experience go and park your car 5kms away in the next suburb and walk back home to watch the game .
hmmm you have a few good points. Might get the mrs to dress up as a cheerleader and provide half time entertainment.
What’s your address ? , asking for a few mates ....
on another note , we are in the process of buying another joint and I’m going to build a cinema room . I’ve been doin some research online on all things projectors and am wondering what projectors are good ? I had a Mitsubishi one ages ago and it was awesome but I lent it to someone and can’t remeber who . I’m not going to spend big bucks and was wondering if those eBay el cheapos do a decent job ? Other than that I’ve been looking at the Epson ones that are about $500ish give or take . What are you using mate ? I’ve spent more time studying the home cinema stuff than I did deciding on whether the house was suitable and I’m no better off .
Actually i might write a thread on it and throw it out to the eggsperts as I have a million questions on this one .
Yeah they do Brad, but unfortunately I dont get down there 3 times a year anymore. Wish I did though.
