Its nothing more than a donation that you may recieve something in return . Seriously people need to start treating these missing packages as a fraudulent transaction and report them to fair trading .
LOL are you serious Matt, thats a disgrace, nothings changed in the membership dept.
On the flip side, my partner lost her pack and they sent another one 2 weeks later.
The club is still a long way off being as professional as they claim when it comes to memberships. In the past I've signed up in October and had to collect my membership pack at the gate in round one. It took the club 5 months to get their ass in to gear to deliver a pack. A couple of years ago we had that "Signup before a certain date to receive the pack before Christmas" and people were receiving their packs in late January. That type of stuff pisses me off, especially when overseas sporting clubs can process and ship their packs within 3 weeks.
This makes it seem like the new stadium will be ready for round 1, whats with that ?
A bag full of disappointment.
