    • Teancum is the smokie to debut this year.

      • I think he will get it. Hopefully it is he can be that middle we need and not have to buy one.

      • He was me smokie at the start of the pre-season and I still believe it will be true.

        • hey guys, how do you see him being utilised if he can maintain a spot in the team? Impact off the bench? How many minutes do you think he could play?

          • Not sure but he could be more your impact type Prop.

          • During JF he was a big minutes prop. Mobile and plenty of PCM. Not really your impact style forward. Jesse Bromwich is a good comparison for him

            • Cheers guys, let's hope he and Tuivaiti can both come through and form a deadly combination

            • Thanks EA, haven't seen him play much.

            • One of the things I like looking for out of our middles is in defense without the ball for consecutive sets how much linespeed we lose and what sought of motor our big guys have.

I saw this as a weakness in Tuivaiti last year there were a couple of times during the year when the mentioned was asked to give consecutive efforts defensively and got caught by smaller quicker players.

Another thing and Sam Moa I'm looking at you is first contact how much sting there is against Melbourne this is going to be very important because no doubt in my mind that's where Melbourne are going against us right down the hey diddle diddle.

              • I feel with any big young forward, this is always their biggest weaknesses because they are not used to doing this in the junior grades.
